Unsolicited Ideas and Materials Policy
NexModulo Lab and its personnel strictly do not accept or consider unsolicited materials, including but not limited to, ideas for new advertising campaigns, new promotions, new or improved products or technologies, product enhancements, processes, materials, marketing plans, or new product names.
If, despite our explicit request that you not send us your ideas, you still submit them, then regardless of what your letter or message says, the following terms shall apply to your submissions:

Your submissions and their contents will automatically become the property of NexModulo Lab, without any compensation to you.

NexModulo Lab may use or redistribute the submissions and their contents for any purpose and in any way.

There is no obligation for NexModulo Lab to review the submission.

There is no obligation to keep any submission confidential.
Vendor and Service Inquiry Protocol
NexModulo Lab operates entirely on an asynchronous procurement model. We do not participate in introductory meetings, discovery calls, or exploratory correspondence.
If you are a vendor, agency, or contractor proposing a B2B service or partnership, your initial submission must explicitly contain all of the following data points to pass our system filter:

Registered Business Name: The legal entity providing the service.

The Exact Offer: A precise, clinical scope of the deliverables.

Upfront Pricing: The exact financial cost or standardized pricing structure. Submissions stating "contact for quote" or "pricing varies" will be rejected.

Direct Website: A direct link to your official domain or specific service portfolio.
System Processing & Response Terms
Incomplete proposals, vague inquiries, or requests to "jump on a call to discuss further" are classified as non-compliant and will be automatically purged from our system without review.
if your fully compliant proposal aligns with our immediate operational requirements, a representative will contact you to initiate procurement. If you do not receive a response, please assume we do not have a current need for your service.
Compliant proposals are securely archived for future consideration as our ecosystem expands. Please note that due to system volume, we do not provide individual status updates or respond to follow-up inquiries.
