1. Architectural Agreement

By accessing, browsing, or executing a transaction within the NexModulo Lab web infrastructure, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This website is a proprietary digital environment. Access to this infrastructure is conditional upon your strict adherence to these operational parameters.

2. Digital Asset Deployment & Finality of Sale

The Modunizer ecosystem consists exclusively of immediate-download digital assets. Due to the instantaneous and non-returnable nature of these digital goods, NexModulo Lab enforces a strict zero-return policy.

  • All sales are absolute and final.
     

  • We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.
     

  • By completing your transaction, you explicitly acknowledge this policy and consent to the immediate deployment of your digital files.

3. Binding EULA & Commercial Limitations

The acquisition of any digital architecture from this website automatically binds you to the NexModulo Lab End User License Agreement (EULA). Standard transactions grant a personal use license only.

  • Purchasing standard files does not grant commercial manufacturing rights.
     

  • Entities seeking to manufacture and retail physical products derived from our architecture must hold a valid Authorized Vendor ID and abide by the Certificate of Commercial Authorization.
     

  • Unauthorized commercial distribution will result in immediate license revocation and intellectual property takedown protocols.

4. The Financial Airlock & Transaction Security

NexModulo Lab operates on a strict principle of data reduction and does not process, intercept, or store your financial credentials.

  • All financial transactions are executed exclusively through encrypted, world-class third-party payment gateways (including Wix Payments, Stripe, and PayPal).
     

  • We reserve the absolute right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order prior to deployment if our automated security protocols detect fraudulent anomalies or unauthorized network masking.

5. The Privacy Standard

Privacy is engineered into our foundation as a default state of our architecture. We do not harvest, we do not track, and we do not compromise. Any data collected during your checkout process is utilized strictly for executing the transaction and assigning your legal license. Your data is never utilized for external marketing or surveillance.

6. Intellectual Property & Website Integrity

All text, visual documentation, 3D renderings, site geometry, and brand assets displayed on this website remain the exclusive intellectual property of NexModulo Lab Inc. You are strictly prohibited from scraping, reproducing, or utilizing any of this digital infrastructure to falsely imply a first-party affiliation.

7. Governing Law

This infrastructure and all associated agreements are governed by and interpreted strictly in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
