Digital Assets & Software Licensing The Modunizer ecosystem consists exclusively of digital goods, including downloadable 3D structural files (.STL) and native software (The Modunizer App).
Due to the immediate, non-returnable nature of these digital assets, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Immediate Execution & Waiver of Withdrawal By completing your transaction, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content. In accordance with global digital consumer protection regulations, you acknowledge and agree that by downloading the files immediately, you explicitly waive any statutory right of withdrawal or refund (including the EU/UK 14-day cooling-off period).
Hardware Compatibility It is the sole responsibility of the user to verify hardware compatibility prior to purchase. The Modunizer App requires macOS (Apple Silicon, M1 or newer) or Windows (10/11). Refunds will not be issued for hardware incompatibility, printer calibration errors, or failure to meet the stated ecosystem requirements.
Defective Files If you believe a file is corrupted or structurally defective, contact NexModulo Lab Support. We will verify the file and provide a repaired asset. File corruption does not entitle the user to a refund.
